  First day there they give me a toothbrush. I leave and they call and tell me it's not paid for and it's $130. I can bring it back tho as long as it's not open. 2nd trip I'm getting fillings done, the dentist cut my lip with the drill and I had to get stitches. Fast forward a month later and they're cutting my wisdom teeth out and run out of gas halfway through and didn't even change it. They just apologized and said they would credit my acct. I was having oral surgery and they ran out of the gas!! Now it's been almost 2 weeks since then, they did not schedule a post op appt and Thurs night my bottom jaw is hurting so bad and I have a knot that feels like it's full of liquid. I call Fri morning and they say they can't get me in till tomorrow (Tues). I haven't slept at and have a continuous earache bc of this. I do not recommend them at all!!!

  The first thing I have to say, is that I hate going to the dentist !!! But today at Smyrna Aspen Dental office I had an incredible dental experience. The office was clean & organized & everyone there seemed so cheerful and pleasant to deal with. Before signing in I pleasantly made an announcement that I could not sign in unless they promised not to hurt me !!! And to my surprise everyone, including my beautiful Dentist, made that promise !!! Without a long wait I was directed to my dental chair. Again, everyone was so cheerful and friendly. I laid back in my dental chair where I was allowed to watch a picture perfect TV while l waited for the dentist & her assistant to prepare. While waiting I asked several questions about the current and upcoming procedures and got quick and expediant answers. They were even thoughtful enough to leave the remote control at arms reach so that I could change to my favorite channel. I received just enough anesthetic so that I didnt have to ask for more. They filled a tooth and made impressions in no time at all. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and to my surprise, I can't wait to return this coming Friday for more dental work !!! Good Job Smyrna Aspen Dental, it is obvious that you work hard at making an uncomfortable experience a pleasant experience and I thank you.
