  I’m highly highly disappointed in the service (or lack of) I received yesterday. I called last week to make a doctor’s appointment after spending some hours in the ER. I needed to see the dr ASAP (my insurance requires a doctor referral) so I was told my appointment would be Monday at 1:20pm. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and in my appointment book. I left work early and drove an hour to my appointment to only be told it was actually scheduled for Tuesday and not Monday. I asked if I could still be seen because I need to see a surgeon because I’m in a lot of pain. I lost hours at work, drove an hour to my appointment and then was turned away because you guys were “too busy to see me” even though it was your office’s mistake, they turned me away. No one cared. Thank you for the worst experience with a doctor’s office I’ve ever had.

  Nice staff and all that but I don't feel they have any respect for your time whatsoever. I feel like they should be compensating you for the time you spend waiting. After all, this is a service that we are paying for...and it's NOT free. I've only had two appointments so far, but each time it took nearly 35 mins to be seen...and there was only myself and another patient in the waiting room. On the second appointment, I was the second person to arrive, and while others came in after me, they were all seen first. Unless you have plenty of time to kill or don't mind waiting, I'd reccomend another PCP
