- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The Dentist and the Dental technicians are very professional, however the front desk/administrative personnel are are not. Their customer service skills are extremely poor and they have attempted to charge me for services that I have not received. They have been rude to me multiple times and when I spoke to the dentist about this, he offered no apologies for her behavior and did nothing to rectify the situation, so I assume this type of behavior is condoned.
