  Awesome dentist and staff! I was greeted with a smile & had all my questions answered while not feeling rushed. The office works as a team to make the patients feel they are getting the best dental care!

  ****Update***** I have been over billed with Crystal Clear, I have tried calling over and over but no one answers. I have also emailed no one answers. My insurance company working with my Health Care Spending discovered that I was over charged 94.00. My Health Spending Account has been since locked, I will have to pay them back out of pocket the 94.00 that was overcharged.... Meaning I have paid TWICE........I checked my EOB and the charges presented to the insurance company did not match the amount I was told to pay out of pocket Since this discovery I have not been able to get in touch with Crystal Clear, they will not return my phone calls or emails. My children have appointments there on 10/31/2017, I will be canceling due to over billing and no response.. I would appreciate a call back as soon as possible or I will speak with the insurance company regarding what steps to take regarding my reimbursement from Crystal Clear
