Dr Owen puts you at ease, listens to your problems and discusses with you the best course of action to get you back on the road to recovery. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, and the wait time in the office is always a minimum. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My elderly mother is a patient of Dr Sarah Owen and I could not be more pleased with the care and attention she has received from both the MD and the staff. Dr Owen is so very patient and takes the time to answer any and all questions. Her nurse Melissa is amazing and is so very prompt to answer any messages I put in the TriStar portal. She gets me an answer to my question the same day and usually within 1 to 2 hours. Dr Owen is very mindful of my mother's age and does not order any unnecessary tests/procedures but always orders appropriate treatments and/or medicines that will help her.
